Refunds and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the start! As a small business, and due to the handmade and limited-run nature of our products, we cannot accept any and all returns or exchanges. Please read all product details and contact me if you have further questions, before purchasing.

If an item does arrive damaged though, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and include photos of the damage so we can discuss how to best resolve the situation. 

We will consider returns and exchanges only on items over $75.00, purchased online, and with a postmark date within 30 days of receipt. After the 30-day mark, all sales are considered final. 

  1. The customer is responsible for reaching out to Sonder and Polish if there is an issue with the order. 

  2. Pieces must be in the same condition as when they were received and must be in original packaging.

  3. If a refund is approved by Sonder and Polish, customers will be paid the full amount less a 10% restocking fee. If an exchange is approved by Sonder and Polish, customers will be given a store-credit gift card and will not incur a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  4. Items bought in-person cannot be returned. 

  5. Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment or a store-credit gift card at the discretion of Sonder and Polish. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on the customer’s bank account.
